Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in implementing and designing ABA programs.
• Minimum of one year of experience writing IFSP or ISP.
• Minimum of one year of experience in supervising and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train direct care staff on implementation of the client’s goals.
• Create a data sheet for the client’s goals.
• Track progress of all clients enrolled in services.
• Check fidelity of implementation and data accuracy.
• Write daily progress notes and summaries of all clients.
• Teach and model implementation of programs as written in the Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to the direct care staff.

Skills
