Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our Philadelphia team. Immediate openings for full or part-time caseloads with competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling.

You will supervise staff, train families, and develop individualized clinical programs to help children with autism make real progress in daily life. Must hold PA LBS and be willing to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LBS license required.
• Masters degree required.
• Ability to travel through selected territory is required.

Responsibilities

Immediate openings for a full or parttime caseload. We offer compassionate ABA therapy to help our clients make real progress in real life!

Duties

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs.
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness.
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles.
• Assessment of client progress over time.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Choose your own hours and locations.

Requirements

An active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist) is required.

Ability to travel through selected territory is required.
