Alternatives, Inc. in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a full-time Behavioral Assistant Manager to support adults with developmental disabilities and oversee a behavioral residential group home program.

You will help residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and transportation to medical appointments while implementing individualized behavioral plans. You will also assist with staff scheduling and communication with doctors and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT/BCaBA/BCBA training preferred or in progress.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; background checks required.
• Ability to pass TB screening and mandated trainings (CPR/First Aid, medication administration, PBIS).
• Strong communication and documentation skills; team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities and support their independence.
• Administer medication as prescribed and facilitate transportation to appointments.
• Implement individual behavioral plans and monitor client progress.
• Assist in group home operations, including staff scheduling and reporting.
