Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including medication administration, meals, hygiene, and transportation to appointments.
• Support implementation of individual behavioral plans and teach new skills.
• Coordinate outings and community activities; encourage community access and independence.
• Assist with staff scheduling, budgeting, and communication with doctors/parents/guardians.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety, fire drills, and regulatory compliance.
