Alternatives, Inc. in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a full-time Behavioral Assistant Manager to support adults with developmental disabilities and oversee a behavioral residential group home program.

This role includes supervising daily living activities, medications, meals, and transportation, while implementing behavioral plans and promoting independence. You’ll assist in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with doctors and guardians, with opportunities for growth within the Human Services

Qualifications

• RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA training program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear TB screening.
• Ability to pass and maintain trainings such as CPR/First aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living in a residential group home, including medication, meals, personal hygiene, and transportation.
• Implement individual behavioral plans and teach new skills.
• Encourage community outings and coordinate with doctors' offices and guardians.
• Support the Group Home Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and communications, plus safety drills.
