Point Quest Group is hiring a Behavioral Aide III to support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in a classroom setting. You’ll work with teachers, implement IEPs and BIPs, and may substitute as needed, using ABA strategies to promote positive behaviors while documenting progress and collaborating with staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings is preferred.
• Ability to complete DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and behavioral support to students.
• Assist with instruction and implementing IEPs/BIPs.
• Serve as substitute teacher when needed.
• Use ABA strategies to promote positive behaviors and track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and staff; manage crises per procedures.
• Supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and activities.
