You’ll manage inquiries, verify insurance, and use a CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and outcomes while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions or high-volume consultative sales
• Experience managing a pipeline and consistent follow-up
• Track record of meeting conversion goals or KPIs
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Ability to identify objections and move conversations forward
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Behavioral health or substance use treatment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first contact for prospective clients, families, and referral partners
• Build trust, understand circumstances, and navigate treatment options
• Conduct pre-assessments to collect information for next steps
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly
• Identify barriers to treatment such as finances or transportation
• Own admissions pipeline from inquiry to admission with timely follow-up
