Job summary

Comprehensive Autism Center, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA intervention for children aged 1–22 in home, preschool, and community settings.

You’ll receive extensive initial and ongoing training and work across developmental areas while data is collected to build skills and reduce interfering behaviors. Sessions run 8 AM–7 PM on selected days; eligible BTs can sit for the RBT exam with one test fee reimbursed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required.
• Willingness to learn ABA and work with children in ABA-based interventions.
• Ability to lift/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA instruction in natural environments.
• Collect data to track progress and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Participate in extensive training and supervision.
• Support children across developmental areas during sessions.

Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide behavioral intervention for children ages 1 to 22 in home, preschool, and community settings.

What You'll Do:

Deliver 1:1 behavioral instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a child's natural environment. You'll receive extensive initial and ongoing training, and work across developmental areas while collecting data to build skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.

Availability Needed:

Sessions occur between 8 AM - 7 PM, based on your selected days.

RBT Certification Support:

After training, eligible BTs can sit for the RBT exam with one test fee reimbursed. Those in good standing are offered advancement opportunities through CAC's RBT career pathway.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00
