Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad.
• Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families to support meaningful outcomes.
• Partner closely with the BCBA and team to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented clinic environment.
