Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a preschool-aged child after school hours in Sayreville, NJ. The role emphasizes a flexible schedule and a supportive onboarding process.

You will collect data, document session notes, and coordinate with a supervising BCBA while maintaining a professional, compassionate approach with families. Travel compensation may be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred.
• Experience working with young children in ABA is preferred.

Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) In Home After-School Hours

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism

Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA

Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork

Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements: Behavior Technician (BT)

High School Diploma (required)

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)

Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
