Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Comfortable moving in various positions and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with children.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Work directly with children and manage potentially confrontational situations.
