Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Training will be provided to equip you with behavior intervention techniques and safety practices.

The role involves teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team with a flexible schedule. Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Requires 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a supportive environment.
• Be physically able to move and assist children as needed.
