Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided, and you will join a dedicated team focused on making a meaningful impact in families’ lives. Pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour with a structured career path and benefits.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
