Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a qualified BCBA-supervised professional to develop and implement behavior plans for children with autism in home and community settings. You will train technicians and families, support assessments, and monitor progress under supervision.

Required BACB 40-hour training with relevant certifications; strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential for coordinating care and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of BACB 40-hour training required.
• License, certification, or registration in behavior analysis (e.g. RBT, ABAT, BCAT).
• Experience with children with autism or related disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist BCBA with assessments and progress updates.
• Train technicians and families in behavior change plan implementation.
• Monitor progress and treatment effectiveness of programs.
