Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental differences. You will deliver one-on-one behavioral services in clients' homes and community settings under BCBA supervision, building communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, recording data, and creating engaging learning environments. The role offers flexible schedules and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a related behavioral care role is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
