Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. The role includes implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data.

RBT training is provided, with certification required within 120 days of hire. A $100 sign-on bonus is offered and ongoing supervision supports professional growth and progression.

Qualifications

• Must complete the required RBT training and obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience working with children is preferred; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training.
