Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a dependable Behavior Technician (BT) who will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role includes implementing EBAs, data collection, and progress documentation, with access to the necessary RBT training and supervision.

The position emphasizes ongoing support for certification, opportunities for growth, and a clear pathway to RBT certification within 120 days of hire, all within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must complete the required RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days.
• Experience working with children is preferred; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
• Passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills.
• Ongoing supervision and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training.
