Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children diagnosed with autism, delivering 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under a supervising BCBA. You will support skill development, independence, and daily routines while following individualized treatment plans.

You will contribute to data collection and stay connected with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent support for each child’s progress.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills.

You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands‑on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.

A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high‑quality support.
