Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC is hiring for an ABA team member to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect daily data, and document progress under BCBA supervision. A high school diploma is required and RBT certification is preferred.

The role supports family engagement and adheres to HIPAA and safety guidelines. There is a $500 sign-on bonus, certification support at no cost, and tuition assistance through Purdue Global and Capella.

Qualifications

• RBT certification in good standing preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols.
• Collect and graph daily data; write objective session notes per standards.
• Receive supervision and feedback from the BCBA/manager to ensure quality program implementation.
• Communicate progress with BCBA, parents, and caregivers; assist with caregiver training.
