Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children's homes in Maryland. You will collect data, write progress notes, and coordinate with the BCBA Supervisor to ensure effective intervention plans.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus for board-certified RBTs, free RBT training and certification, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and Teledoc Health access for you and dependents.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with using Zoom and email on a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
