Job summary

Behavioral Framework helps children diagnosed with autism and their families understand, cope and shine. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus for RBTs and support to earn your certification at no cost, with pay increases and exam fee reimbursement.

You will implement behavior plans and 1:1 ABA therapy while collaborating with BCBA and families. The role emphasizes data collection, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and ongoing supervision to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• RBT certification in good standing is preferred.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Able to perform physically active tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan with 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Collect and graph daily data and write session notes.
• Receive supervision and training from a BCBA/manager.
• Communicate progress to BCBA, parents, and caregivers.

#NCBCPS Hourly Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

What You’ll Do

Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan that focuses on behavioral improvements and skill development through positive reinforcement and repetition. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed skill acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols. Implement behavior intervention strategies, collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes per regulatory and company standards. Receive and apply ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager to ensure high-quality program implementation. Communicate effectively with the BCBA, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and assist with caregiver training as directed. Follow all company procedures and legal/regulatory requirements related to client safety, documentation, data handling, confidentiality, and HIPAA. Maintain professionalism and uphold client dignity at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• RBT certification in good standing is preferred.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
