Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC in Virginia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and write progress notes under a BCBA supervisor.

The role offers a $23/hour wage, a sign-on bonus for board-certified candidates, flexible afternoon/evening hours, free RBT training and certification, and access to virtual medical care. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes and navigate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home setting.
