Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in home settings and support children with autism and their families. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor to drive progress and skill development.

Competitive hourly pay, a $500 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, and free training to become an RBT are provided, with year-round hours and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs or developmental disorders.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home setting as part of a treatment plan.
• Implement behavior plans, collect data, and write progress notes.
• Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to support child progress.
• Assist families and model skills for social and daily living goals.
