Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is hiring for an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, following BCBA-led plans and data collection requirements. The role emphasizes positive reinforcement, progress notes, and family communication.

You will receive ongoing training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth while contributing to ethical, high-quality client care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• RBT certification in good standing is preferred.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform physically repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on BCBA guidance.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following defined protocols.
• Collect daily data, graph progress, and write session notes per standards.
• Receive ongoing training and supervision to ensure quality implementation.
• Communicate progress to BCBA, parents, and caregivers.
• Follow company procedures and HIPAA/privacy regulations.

What You'll Do

• Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan that focuses on behavioral improvements and skill development through positive reinforcement and repetition.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed skill acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies, collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes per regulatory and company standards.
• Receive and apply ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager to ensure high-quality program implementation.
• Communicate effectively with the BCBA, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and assist with caregiver training as directed.
• Follow all company procedures and legal/regulatory requirements related to client safety, documentation, data handling, confidentiality, and HIPAA.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold client dignity at all times.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• RBT certification in good standing is preferred.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
