Job summary

ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic in Bellevue, WA, seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders under BCBA supervision. You will provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services and support progress with teachers and school teams.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clinicians, assisting in school-based behavior support, and participating in ongoing training to obtain CBT and RBT credentials while developing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; some travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and move quickly without support.
• Prior experience in paraeducator, child care, teacher, home health aide, CNA, or similar is a plus.

ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic located in Bellevue, WA that serves children with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 13 years of age. We are looking for a full‑time Behavior Technician to work one‑on‑one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA.

Work Hours & Start Date

School Hours: 8:15 AM – 3 PM, Monday–Friday.
