Job summary

ICAN in Bellevue, WA is seeking a School Based Behavior Technician to support students with autism in school settings. You will work under a BCBA supervising, providing direct Applied Behavior Analytic services and collaborating with teachers.

No formal experience required—training provided. The role is full-time with School Hours 8:15AM-3PM, and start date asap for a rewarding career making a difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Some travel may be required for this position.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analytic services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work with children with autism or related disorders in school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support the client.

School Hours: 8:15AM-3PM Monday - Friday

Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. As School Based Behavior Technician, you will work with a school team to provide behavior support to a student in a school setting. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with a school-based BCBA and other school-based behavior technicians as a part of the Offsite Team. In this role you will get to collaborate with teachers and other members of the school team to best support your client.
