Role Description

The Behavior Technician will work on-site in Vancouver, WA, and provide direct therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) under the guidance of a certified Behavior Analyst. This is a full-time position, and day-to-day tasks include implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting applied behavior analysis (ABA) sessions, monitoring and documenting client progress, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to reinforce positive behavioral changes. The role also involves participating in regular training and supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to implement Behavioral Intervention strategies with consistency and professionalism
• Understanding or background in Psychology and related behavioral principles
• Passion for working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to complete training and obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within the specified timeframe
