ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic that works to provide the best hope and future for children and families affected by autism around the world. We are located in Bellevue, Washington and serve individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 13 years of age. Our team consists of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, Mental Health Therapists, and more. Over the years we have served more than 2,200 families while maintaining no waitlists for services.
This position is located in Bellevue, WA – 10 miles from Seattle. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, is looking for a rewarding career, and wants to make a difference.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Some travel may be required. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and move quickly without support.
Previous experience in the following fields is also a plus: Paraeducator, Child Care, Teacher, Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Care Worker, Education Assistant, Nanny, Camp Counselor, Tutor, Psychology, etc.
ICAN provides all training needed to obtain the Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
