ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic in Bellevue, WA, seeking Behavioral Technicians to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analytic services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; some travel may be required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and move quickly without support.
• Previous experience in related roles (paraeducator, childcare, teacher, home health aide, CNA, tutor, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services one-on-one with clients.
• Support supervision by a BCBA and collaborate with the team.
• Help with documentation and progress notes.

We are located in Bellevue, Washington and serve individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 13 years of age. Location

This position is located in Bellevue, WA – 10 miles from Seattle. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Job Description

Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, is looking for a rewarding career, and wants to make a difference.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Some travel may be required. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and move quickly without support.

Previous experience in the following fields is also a plus: Paraeducator, Child Care, Teacher, Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Care Worker, Education Assistant, Nanny, Camp Counselor, Tutor, Psychology, etc.

Training and Certification

ICAN provides all training needed to obtain the Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
