Job summary

Finni Health seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician / RBT to join our in-home ABA team in Norfolk, VA. You will deliver 1:1 therapy to young children with autism in a home setting.

The role focuses on early intervention for ages 2-6, following established programming and handling challenging behaviors under supervision. Earn $20–$25/hour with ongoing training and BCBA/BCaBA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Training completed (40-hour course; certification not required).
• CPR training completed.
• In-home ABA therapy experience required.
• Ability to follow strict programming and handle SIBs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Follow established programming guidelines and supervise SIBs as needed.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA supervisors for client progress.
