Job summary

Catalyst Behavior Solutions is hiring a Behavior Technician (Full-Time) in Farmington, UT. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions to children with autism under supervision, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

We offer comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonuses, and ongoing training. Must have at least 1 year experience with children and a valid driver’s license; BLS certification is provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass a background check (fingerprints).
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Active driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work.
• Maintain BLS certification (On-Site training provided).
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures, standards, and consistently interpreting and accurately performing all assigned responsibilities.
• Pairing and building rapport with clients, families, stakeholders and their Team members.
• Attending all collaboration, case meetings, and team training meetings.
• Recording detailed session notes, keeping accurate client data in real-time, and maintaining records well documented.
• Observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information.
• Demonstrating effective time-management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments.
• Maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
• Demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Exemplary skills in self-management and communication.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
