R&R Collaborative Therapy Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves working in clients’ homes, supporting daily living, communication, and social skills development.

The ideal candidate has a background in psychology/ABA, with autism experience, and holds or pursues an RBT license. Flexible scheduling and supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, special education or related field preferred.
• 40Hr Online Behavior Technician Training certificate or current RBT license.
• Experience with individuals with Autism preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification preferred.

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! We are looking for a a Collaborative team member, with a student mindset, that is passionate to help, independent, and respectful of others opinions!

Position Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing the Treatment Plan goals and objectives written and maintained by the BCBA. These goals may include, but are not limited to: daily living skills, hygiene, community access, communication and social skills. Some clients may have basic medical needs in which they need assistance completing. RBT’s will work in the client’s residence, but may occasionally support the clients in other settings. Hours of work are arranged with the Supervising BCBA, client, and their family and may vary from week to week, depending on the client’s needs. The RBT will be responsible for keeping daily records and providing weekly summaries documenting services provided. The RBT will be under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and collaborate with supervisors as well as client’s caregivers.
