Job summary

DORETHA GARMAN is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as RBT/Behavior Technicians. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in their homes, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, conducting DTT, data collection, and promoting positive behavior while reducing interfering behaviors. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Experience working with children
