Catalystbehavior is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one interventions for children with autism under a BCBA's supervision. This full-time role follows a Mon-Fri 8am-6:30pm schedule with occasional Saturdays.
Training is provided. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and can pass a background check. On-site RBT certification training is available. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, paid training and fees, life insurance, EAP, and paid holidays.

A Behavior Technician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
RBTs may work with clients in-home, in-school, in-center, and in the community.
Each Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will continue to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing progress notes.
Effective communication with supervisors and parents is essential to the RBT’s success and must be present at all times.
RBTs will complete a BACB-approved RBT course and keep registration current.
