Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children and teens in clinical, school, or home settings. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans to help clients reach their full potential.

Requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days. No weekends, dedicated team, and growth opportunities with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; a degree in Behavioral Health or Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Ability to earn your RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).
• Experience working with kids with autism is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and integrity are essential.
• Full time is 30+ hours weekly; occasional dips below 30 hours may occur.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collect and record data on target behaviors.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
