Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Pittsburgh is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, and community settings.

You will work under a BCBA, accurately collect behavior data, and help each child reach developmental milestones while receiving comprehensive RBT training and ongoing support. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication with families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
