Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Northeast Philadelphia, PA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy, helping children reach developmental milestones.

You will work in clinics, homes, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting behavior data and building essential skills. The role includes paid RBT training and ongoing development opportunities, with a base salary range and a commitment to a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families of clients.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).

$19 - $20.16 USD
