Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Pittsburgh, PA. You will provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings.

Role involves teaching daily living and social skills, implementing sessions designed by a BCBA, and accurately collecting behavior data to support progress. RBT training and exam completion within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days of hire.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company‑provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
