Helping Hands Family in Wyomissing, PA seeks qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, and communities.

You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a caring team. We offer paid training, generous benefits, and opportunities for growth through HHF Fellowships and Rise programs.

Qualificações

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

$19—$20.16 USD
