Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Wyomissing, PA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, implement interventions, and collaborate with the team, with paid RBT training, a salary range of $19–$20.16 per hour, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$19 - $20.16 USD

The pay range for this position is $19.00-$20.16/hr.
