BlueSprig is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / RBT to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in center/home settings. The role emphasizes one-on-one and small-group work, data collection, and progress reporting under supervision.

On-the-job training is provided; Florida Driver License is required by end of training and background checks are mandatory. The team offers mentorship, growth paths, and comprehensive benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Florida Driver Licence before end of training.
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings.
• Assist in teaching communication, social, behavioral and self-help skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Provide updates on treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors and team members.
• Attend trainings and meetings for professional development.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality requirements.
