Job summary

ABS Kids in Utah is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism using ABA therapy. We offer on-the-job training, a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, and flexible shifts Monday–Friday.

Earn $18.50–$23.00 per hour with eligibility for RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company match. PTO accrual and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs (on resume).
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and locations.
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques on the job.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as daily living, hygiene, and social skills.
• Assist with mobility and activity tasks as needed.
