Job summary

ABS Kids in Herriman, UT is seeking Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through ABA therapy. We offer flexible part-time shifts, with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs and options for growth.

No experience? We'll train on the job. Benefits include paid RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) match, and PTO. You’ll help kids develop essential life skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs.
• A heart for helping kids.
• A calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
