Job summary

ABS Kids in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians and experienced RBTs for variable part-time shifts. Join our team to provide one-on-one ABA therapy, collect data, and support children with autism.

We offer pay between $18.50 and $23.00 per hour, with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, paid RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and 401(k) with company match. Training is provided on the job, no experience required beyond caring for kids.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence
• Eagerness and energy to play with children
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and locations
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software and basic office tools

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using ABA therapy
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, daily living and social skills
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
