Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with clients on the autism spectrum and other developmental challenges under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA interventions, track progress, and help clients build functional skills in homes and schools, while participating in ongoing training and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately follow instructions, implement behavior plans, and collect detailed data.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Help clients develop functional skills in communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment and promote motivation.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to adjust plans and ensure consistency.
• Maintain open communication with families and team members about progress.
• Participate in ongoing training to further ABA skills and knowledge.
