Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, track progress, and support clients in developing essential life skills in homes and schools.

We value compassionate, patient individuals who can travel to client locations and maintain open communication with families and the team. Comprehensive training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow BCBA plans and collect client data accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with families and clients.
• Willingness to travel to client locations (homes, schools, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.
• Deliver direct ABA instruction to clients in various settings.
• Record data on client progress and behavior.
• Help clients develop functional skills (communication, social, self-care).
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes independence.
• Collaborate with BCBA and the team to adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate updates to families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and professional growth.
