Job summary

REACH Therapy Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in clinic, school, or home settings. You will implement plans created by BCBAs and assist in developing communication, daily living, and social skills while collecting progress data.

The role offers paid training toward an RBT certification, with flexible scheduling and a supportive multidisciplinary environment for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in Arkansas and pass a background check.
• RBT certification is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in clinic, school, or home settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by experienced BCBAs.
• Support children in building communication, daily living, and social skills.
• Collect and track data on patient progress.
• Receive weekly supervision and mentorship from a BCBA.
