Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking Behavior Technicians to support individuals with autism and other behavioral challenges in home settings across the El Monte, Covina, Pasadena area.

Roles are entry to mid-level, with training provided to ensure success in delivering one-to-one behavioral interventions. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with children or adults with special needs.
• CPR/First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior.
• Assist client with personal care activities at home (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility).
• Collect and document data of behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan.
