Job summary

Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside BCBA/LBA to implement treatment plans and monitor progress.

As a BT, you will help children develop daily living, social, communication, and learning skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children.
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implementing tailored Treatment Plans to promote skill development amongst children with Autism
• Collect data on client progress using a web-based application
• Complete daily session notes and required documentation
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment during sessions
