Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in California. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training to become an RBT, travel reimbursement where applicable, and quarterly bonuses.

Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and teams to support progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
