Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is urgently hiring entry level and mid level RBTs to work in home-based 1:1 settings across Los Angeles area. Positions available include both part-time and full-time roles with training provided and ongoing supervision from a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with individuals with special needs.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors.
• CPI Certification preferred.
• RBT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Provide/assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior and crisis intervention.
• Assist client with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meal preparation and feeding, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed.
• Collect and document data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan.
